Absolute bliss after a busy afternoon at work

Almost the last day of May and this is more like it ... beautiful clear sky by day with family and friends and cups of tea snuggled by the fire pit by night watching the bats dart about .

Picked the cowslip from our walk today with Belle and cut some lilac from our garden and decided to use this as a centre piece for our garden table .
Had a lovely day with Mr H popped out for a pub lunch x

Morning ... another drizzly May Day ! Well I was abruptly woken by something banging on the roof.. no idea what hat it was . Well I’m in need of a second cup of tea to wake up properly.

Morning World - this time last year we were heading to the unknown - for many lost their lives , many were stuck in an unhappy environment, many were able to get on as normal .
Which ever one you were - today is National Reflection day .
I will be forever grateful for what we have as a family 💗

Well that’s the week over again !
Our house is pretty much back to normal following the kitchen makeover.
Dining end has had a fresh coat of paint and the relief that normality has reassumed is a great feeling , utility shelves to go up and all done x
Now to the garden - pots and painting the fence and shed.

Life is simply not the same without my beautiful mum to call everyday like I used to .
I miss her cuddles and her gentle kiss .
But I am thankful that I had her in my life and for all she did for me .
I’m thankful for her wise words for everything she did for me me the woman I am today 💗
I am so very blessed to be a mumma myself and have 2 beautiful children .

💗Hello March 💗 This is the month my first born celebrates her 24th birthday .
Where’s the time gone ,we are so blessed to spend so much time together this last year .
I cannot wait for the flowers to all burst into colour .
Lots happening with the kitchen being finished off and will share the makeover once painting is finished x

💗New month and one where I will be celebrating my youngest 18 ..
I see the signs of spring just around the corner and light at the end of the tunnel x
