Let me explain: I love what I do, and I have worked very hard, for a very long time, to get good at it. One of the great rewards of getting good, outside the work itself, is earning the esteem of people who excel in other fields. Pierce Brown is a *hell* of a writer. I am so touched that he admires my work as well. I met him at , where he had a packed signing for his new novel, "Dark Age." This guy, who adores his fans, had a little chat with every single person who came by to get their book signed, and a genuine smile for a picture with each of them. A sequence of pictures here that I love - from the moment he recognized me from Instagram, to standing together for a portrait.
