We are overjoyed to announce we will be bringing our very own Birria Bar/coffee lounge to a permanent location. This means even more of a chance to get your hands on our usual menu, alongside a couple of exciting new additions. We’ll also have a range of coffees, showcasing some delicious Mexican beans.
There isn’t really a way to put into words just how grateful we are to everyone who has visited our little van, liked/shared our posts and supported us this far!
We absolutely can’t wait to get started with this project in this wonderful little building and of course we’ll be sharing every step of the way 😍🧡🙌🏻

🔥 we ALSO have some very exciting opportunities to come and work alongside us on a permanent basis 🔥
This will be mainly working on our van and will consist of weekends and evenings.
Your job will include working on a busy food van! Must be hard working and friendly as you will be face to face in high energy environments. Cleaning and general maintenance of the van will also be required, as well as some food prep.
Ideally you will have kitchen experience and a level 2 food hygiene, although all experience welcome!
