Day 2 Done!
My legs are saying ..."wooooh... I'm awake!"๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Hey today I went to Los Angeles and had an amazing worked out. I am excited about that. And i am glad I didn't have to drive to the gym to get a meaningful workout.
I have to tell you what I LOVED! The trainer was fun and made me laugh a few times, taught me how to do the exercises in the right form and correct techniques all virtually!
I usually workout at the gym by myself and with my own workout plan . But this at home workout is by far worth all my time and effort and money. I have access to all the training I need. I stick to one and commit to it. Are you excited as I am to see til the end?
I felt confidence after the workout. And this is just Day 2.

I have to be here about my weigh-in. Before I began this fitness journey. I had to really on my life. I had to ask myself some hard questions. I had to be brutally honest with myself in my private way. That means more to me than the number on the scale.

I realized that I wanted this more than anything and there is no stopping me from getting it.

My : I am a mom of 2, , , more like to a point where I feel like I donโ€™t know what is next sometimes. I donโ€™t feel happy about that annoying feeling at the end of the day. I needed to do something about it. So here it isโ€ฆ

I realized I had to focus on myself first. , health, workouts, and apply all this into my personal life so I can and feel good about myself. I put all these things into action to make a change.

I am to share with you the beginning of my journey during this quarantine period.

Because of I figure when I come out of I want to have the knowledge of new things, be faster in my to move, and be confident in myself to take on anything that comes my way.

It made me sweat!๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ˜… I had so much fun! I've never done it like this before.
I couldn't wait to get into a workout routine again since I can't go to the gym. I really would like to stay committed to my health especially during this time of quarantine๐Ÿ˜ท
Today I put my kids to bed early so I can have my fitness me-time.
The boxing training gave me good workout form techniques and it felt like I had my own personal trainer right in my living room.๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜Š
๐ŸŒŸIt was easy to follow, and it made me myself hard. I can't wait to have my chocolate shake to help repair my muscles. Accountability partners needed!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ”ฅ

As Aristotle says "Quality is not an act, it is a habit"
I know as a mom life can be a bit chaotic. This is why I've chosen to do something about it by taking back control over myself first. This way I can help my family and the people around me.
I am tired of feeling lack of energy, bad appetite and just feeling like bleh! ๐Ÿ˜
I found a routine, I found a way to help me get back in control of myself and it is making me feel balance again and not only that, it helps me feel confident again.

Working on my goals!
I am keeping routine while getting things done for my business and home life.
With kids running around. I still keep my schedule to work and challenge myself to new things.
I am learning a lot about myself as I push through the challenges.
Here are 5 of my tips:๐Ÿ‘‡
๐Ÿ’ช #1 tip for parents is to try to keep a bed time routine. Have kids go to sleep and wake the same time everyday.
๐Ÿ’ช #2 Look for your child's education curriculum on your province or state school website and try to cover some topics that your child might be studying at this time so they can keep productive. If you need help with this please DM me. I can point you to the right resources
๐Ÿ’ช #3 Keep active, exercise and keep your nutrition going. When you are out of the gym life for long you can loose all your progress. DM me if you need help with resources for this too.
๐Ÿ’ช #4 Keep your own bedtime and wakeup schedule. So easy to loose track of time when inside all the time.
๐Ÿ’ช #5 Write your goals down everyday. I notice when I do this, it helps me stay focused on what I need to do in both my primary and distal goals. When I don't then I am confused as to what needs to get done during my day. This makes me feel like crap at the end of the day when I don't get the things done that will take me closer to my goals. That Sucks!
