I know it’s been a while since my last video. Coming soon, Irish Soda Bread. An easy 4 ingredient bread that takes no kneading, no rising, start to finish less than an hour. A rustic and delicious fast bread great with stews, soups, sopping up gravy, and maybe just best with some homemade butter. I may show you how to make butter as well.

NOTE: in the video I say to use 1 3/4 cups water. I am finding this makes the mixture to loose. Start with 1 1/2 cups water. The mixture you want should be a thick, sticky mixture.
