We rang in 2020 at home, well I was at home with Freja who was sleeping. Eric and the big girls were down the street at a friend's house, spilling Cheetos on the carpet (Alisa Buckingham, Eric Chalgren)
As a family we set intentions at dinner of 2020 being a great year filled with adventures and laughter!

I’ve noticed an abundance of negativity put out there around the year 2020 - people just wanting it to be over. My issue with this is, we get what we put out there. It’s called LAW OF ATTRACTION.

If you want to change your circumstances, you need to change your thoughts. Our thoughts become our reality. We have so much power within ourselves - we just need to decide how we are going to use it. Choose wisely.

I am being intentional about how I move my body these days. I have been struggling to loose the old baby weight and this the new found covid weight.

I'm tired. I'm stressed. I'm not alone.

I'm working my hardest to raise 3 girls as strong, confident women. I know they are more likely to follow my lead then to do what I say. So, I get up every morning. 13 days in a row so far (this is huge for me) - I haven't let excuses get in my way the past 13 days. I even went out in a thunderstorm β›ˆοΈ (that was a short walk/run). I run and walk. I am working up to a 5k. We shall see....

I am now noticing some changes.
1. I am not eating as much. I crave less of the not real foods.
2. I feel better (still tired tho - 7 yrs of interrupted sleep) - lighter, more alert.
3. My clothing is starting to fit differently.
4. I'm sore in my knees and this morning my foot.

I've been using tumeric honey, Cool Azul Pain Relief Cream and a roller of PanAway. Drinking a lot of water and eating all the veggies and fruit of the summer.
