Jiye La'Troy

Music was a part of my life since I was a child. I played drums and guitar in bands growing up but was never confident enough in myself to fully commit to writing and playing music as a career. Like most young musicians, I gave up on my dreams because I thought I wasn't good enough and that I didn't have anything special. I let myself get brainwashed by society, social media, and comparing myself to others. I was always caught up in thinking about how to become "successful" in the music industry and lost the understanding of what music really means to myself.

So I'm going release songs from my messed up head.

This is a demo I recorded on GarageBand with vocals recorded on apple headphones. Hopefully I find some friends to make them sound better in the future.
