I had the opportunity to interview 3x gold medalist Rowdy Gaines on the podcast last week. What an amazing human.

-He failed and was cut from 5 sports in high school.
-He just wanted to be a part of a team so he tried out for swimming and within 4 years became one of the worlds FASTEST swimmers in the 100 & 200 meter
-At his PEAK performance and condition, the Olympics were boycotted in Moscow so he had to wait another 4 years for his chance to swim in the Olympics.
-this man has swam the length of the equator several times over to train for a 49 second race.
