To all 6k trail runners:
✓ Bring atleast 500ml of water

✓ Collapsible cup
✓ Dogs (no leash, no run)
✓ Race kit claiming available tonight at the venue
✓ Race briefing will start at 5:30AM followed by gunstart 6AM

To all 15k trail runners:
✓ Atleast 1L of water
✓ Trail food

✓ Trekking pole (optional)

✓ Race briefing will start at 4:30AM followed by gunstart 5AM

Reminders:
✓ Bring something to protect you from the sun. Init kaayooo ang Gensan. Arm sleeves, cap, headwear and sunblock is a must.
✓ Walang available disposable cups sa aid station so please dala kayo ng kahit na anong malagyan niyo ng water.
✓ We will practice "leave no trace" kaya no plastics or anything na pwedeng mabilin sa trail. Dala na lang mo daan ug butanganan like ziplock para pwede kayo mag dala ng food from aid station.
✓ Be early and be sure to be there para sa inyong race briefing.
✓ Importante maminaw for instructions about sa rota and markings.

PhilTRA intends to hold the Philippine National Trail Running Championship by the end of the year with the following distances: Short, Mid, Ultra 50K.

The event will be a qualifying race to identify the Philippine National Team which will be developed and supported by the Association.

To identify talents from the grassroots, across the country, we will be holding two legs from each of the the three major Philippine Group of Islands – Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.
