One more pre-eclipse picture as MOM was busy looking up after it started. WE knew it was getting cooler and the skies looked weird. Cats know things!

My after eclipse look and yeah my brother JP went inside as when it got dark he got scared. NOT ME! I stayed outside for the whole thing! I was a bit puzzled though as you can see.

It was almost eclipse time yesterday and here I am with my shadow or is that my older brother JP?

I went outside for a few minutes. Mom told me to get inside. It's 102 outside now. I didn't disagree with her. Came in and decided to join her at computer. Then I got bored with that as well. Zzzzz

Okay here is my story... we all have one. Mom was looking for her lost kitty named Pebbles and a friend reached out and told them about me a kitty that was found lost that was sleeping between houses in beds of JASMINE. Not that this house was near my house or even on my side of town my MOM went to look at this kitty a kind lady had been caring for ,but couldn't for much longer due to her travel schedule. My MOM took me in hoping that the lost kitty posts from the other lady would find my first family ,but sadly nothing came from that nor was my MOM's kitty Pebbles ever found. MOM would like to think somebody just saw Pebbles out playing and scooped her up for their own. She was very friendly like me and never knew a stranger. With my first family never being found the days turned into weeks and my NEW FAMILY became the one I am with now for YEARS. They guess my age was under 1yr when I was found sleeping in a bed of Jasmine vine. I am glad I was found and that I am where I am now. YES they call me JAZZ here. I have on gloves on my front two paws if you look and I could play a piano I like to think if I want too! I am a bit of a jealous lady of the other cats in household I now resided. Everyone of them knows I am in charge though I am not the oldest or the biggest. I can climb trees and fence here at my house, my yard. So that's my story. Do you have one? Peace out! ~

Hope those fireworks don't ruin my nap!

I do this a lot due to it being HOT outside. Mom wouldn't vacuum in living room because I plop down and spread out like this after 8:30 am yesterday. She did vacuum in the bedroom though with door closed. I hate that vacumn! As you can see I was dreaming!

Time for nap! It's 8AM!

Me resting after Birdie got released back outside. I wanted to stay close to front door in case it returned but I was so tired. POOPED OUT!

Well..... I caught a birdie last night in my mouth and thought why don't I bring it inside and show my family and play with it inside? My human DAD heard the fluttering of wings as birdie when from where I brought it in and flew to the front of house where storm door was at. THEN HE LET THE BIRDIE GO BACK OUTSIDE AND FLY AWAY! WHY? IDK! Then he let me out after he gave the birdie a head start! I did get to keep these cool feathers though.

Where did I 👀 go? I am supposed to be Mom's helper today.

In the garden I help keep watch while Mom takes care of plants.

So sleepy...window sill? Don't mind if I do. Ahhhh
