SHARING A MEMORY: It's hard to believe this event was 11 years ago. It was an amazing night for a great cause. Maybe it's time for another fundraiser in Danial Miller's memory to support a new Hillsboro Pool? Would anyone be up for that?

$260 has been donated so far to the Danial Miller Memorial fund In honor of Terri Miller Casey's 50th birthday! Thank you so much for remember Danial and for your generosity. Donations will support the Danial Miller Memorial Scholarship, the Danial Miller Accessible Boat Dock, Hillsboro Central Park, Hillsboro Hiltopper Wrestling, as well as other community efforts to promote independent living for people with disabilities. It was a beautiful day for a kayak race! Love to see folks enjoying Danial Miller's dock today. Danial Miller loved to go kayaking. I remember him saying he wished they would have kayak races out at the lake... and now they do. :)

I was very honored to award the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce Danial Miller Memorial Scholarship to Kacianna Schmitt. Thanks to all the donors who make it possible to support amazing young people in our community!
