Kettlebell workout for Leg Day Friday! It’s a beautiful day today in the 80s! ☀️
5 weeks till I hit one of my short-term health goals. I teeter +/- around 200lbs. Today’s weigh-in is promising at 198.9 and although I don’t usually go crazy around scale numbers I have to due to my health specialist team. Been maintaining good glucose numbers too.
On Wednesdays we wear Pink 💕 it’s time to get it in… back, abs, and legs!

Ending the day at 12490/10000 steps. Took the opportunity today to enjoy some Vitamin D and walked around totaling a little over 3 miles.
As I'm doing some Spring Cleaning/Organizing... workout clothes I'm keeping. Technically enough for two weeks, however, since I'm going to start going hardcore twice a day...it's only fitting. It's May 1, let's up the ante and fully get at our fitness goals, whatever that may be for you and your body! Here's to that! Let's go!
Throwback Thursday to 6 years ago when I was at Smith Gym in HH. They started doing Maxed Out Wednesday events in the gym. Decided to randomly participate. Definitely not ashamed. Hey, at least I tried and participated. Won't know until you try. And you know I'm down to trying something once!

I love my Hulk tank top, I definitely earned this back in 2015 when I completed the Avengers Half Marathon in Disneyland! Smash the Half, oh yeah! My 2nd half marathon completed! Today was a good day to workout outside! Remember to stay healthy y’all!
