Today we're introducing an exercise that comes from the practice of yoga: the "Cat-Camel" pose.
Get on your knees and support your body in front with straight arms.
First, let's perform the "Cat" ๐ position: while staying in this position, pull the entire back ridge upwards, tucking your head between your shoulders to your chest. While performing this part try to make an inhalation.

Repeat each position 5 times. The entire exercise should not exceed five minutesโฑ

How to prepare?
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, probably for 10-12 minutes on low heat. Cook the broccoli al dente in salted water. Next, dice the chicken and fry it in the oil spilled in the pan. Season the chicken with spices as needed. At the end of frying the chicken, add the sliced carrots and fry together for another 5 minutes. Finally remove everything to a serving platter, stir and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. For decoration you can add some basil leaves.
