Our amazing new house came with a chalkboard! We had a lovely restful day, just enjoying the new space and not unpacking. I think creating a new design each week will become a part of my Sabbath rest day routine.

We are so very grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home. Even though it still feels a bit like we are in a holiday home 😉

God has provided above and beyond for us! We are so very grateful. GREAT is His faithfulness 😍

It's been a while since I've posted on Instagram. I have had little energy for social media lately. I'm not even sure if anyone sees what I share anyway..but maybe I should start sharing the things I've been creating again. If it encourages or inspires just one person, I guess it is worth it 😊

This artwork was inspired by yesterday's sermon and this passage from a recent bible study..

"In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him THE NAME THAT IS ABOVE EVERY NAME, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

A watercolour lettering artwork I painted recently. I was really happy with how the colours turned out. I also scanned it and have made it available as a digital download. There are 2 options..with the splatters in the background or without. Which version do you like best?

I made so many of these journals leading up to Christmas but I was so busy I didn't get time to take photos of them all and share them. Here's one I just made. I am still making them outside of Christmas or end-of-year teacher's gifts. So send me a message if you'd like one 😊

I just finished creating this artwork. I'm looking forward to hanging it in our home. This piece was inspired by
podcast where they took 13 episodes to unpack the truths of this verse. It was so well done and I learned so much about the character of God that I hadn't considered before. (particularly the episodes discussing God's anger) Well worth a listen if you get the time! Or a quick watch on Youtube if you dont have a spare 13hrs to listen to the Podcast 😂

I used the words that translated the verse in.. not a particular bible translation.
