Inspo Is Pitched To Australia’s Leading Venture Capital Companies.

About 12 months ago our Founder, Mark Bowness, had an idea to build a platform that enables fans to ask celebrities, influencers and experts questions and receive personalised video responses.

Since that “idea” Mark has:

- Brought on board an amazing tech co-founder who is building the app

- Had the most amazing talent from the worlds of TV, Sport, Music, Dance and more agree to join us.

- Partnered with leading talent agencies who are taking Inspo out to their talent

And we are working hard on the launch.

Last week Mark was invited to pitch Inspo to a number of Australia’s leading Investors and it went amazingly well.

Whilst we are initially bootstrapping Inspo in order to get it live without the needs for investment it was really helpful to get insight, feedback and to have a few interesting conversations take place.

Former AFL player, winner of Love Island Season 3 and entrepreneur Mitch Hibberd agrees to feature on Inspo!

Mitch Hibberd is a former AFL player, winner of Love Island Season 3, is an entrepreneur and social media influencer, a gym ju**ie and model - Mitch is literally a force to be reckoned with.

We approached Mitch about featuring on Inspo because, from a young age, he has never let anything stop him from achieving what he really wanted. Mitch agreed to feature on Inspo so we interviewed him!

Passionate about becoming an AFL player, younger Mitch was dedicated to achieving that goal, however, a sporting injury crushed his childhood dream.

During this conversation Mitch was real, raw and honest about the devastating impact that his injury had on his childhood dream but equally shares his resilience and determination that fuels him to live life to the full which is why we believe that Mitch is perfect to provide Inspiration on Inspo.

[Major Annoucement: Carole Baskin of Big Cat Rescue and Tiger King fame agrees to feature in Inspo].

For a young age it was clear that Carole’s life was destined to play a significant role in ensuring the end of big cats held in captivity.

However, what was totally unexpected is that Carole’s life would be propelled into the home of over 60million+ people.

Inspo The Podcast: The warts and all story of building a start-up from scratch.

In November of 2021 I had an idea to for an app that enables fans to ask celebrities, influencers and experts questions that would help them to improve their lives and receive a response in video format.

Imagine a young football fanatic being able to ask their sporting hero for advice on how to go pro...
.. or a mum who is trying to manage the chaos at home being able to ask a New York Times best selling parenting expert advice on her particular situation.

Or a young person struggling with their sexuality being able to ask an out and proud TikTok Influencer with 1.6million followers for advice on coming out.

I became consumed with this vision and committed to turning it into a reality.

Over the past 6 months I have written business plans, built prototypes, pitched for investment and sought advice on how to turn this passion and that lives and breathes inside of me into a living reality.

And it's been hard. Very hard.

From day one I wanted to record the warts and all journey, holding nothing back, to inspire, educate and inform as many people as possible in their own start-up or business journey and now the first three episodes of the podcast are live.
