Current physique. Sitting at 158lbs after almost two months of inactivity and an inconsistent diet. This week was indeed a task that I never thought I’d have to deal with as I struggled to even motivate myself to actually work out. Some days I’d literally go to the gym and just sit there for a few minutes hoping it came back but nothing happened until I actually started. Motivation not at 100% but, I’ve found a thread of hope and I’m gonna climb that thread until I either get to the top or it snaps. IT’S TIME TO WORK!!!
