Here is this Sunday's menu. We're super excited to bring back the Unity Chicken (YUM!), the always popular Loaded Nachos and who doesn't love Italian sausage?!? The weather is going to be beautiful at Howe Meadow for the concert! We'll open at 2:00pm and the show starts at 4:00pm. See you there!!

We are so honored to be a part of the 2024 Dragons on the Lake at Portage Lakes State Park. Event is tomorrow, July 20, from 9:00 to 1:00. Teams compete in dragon boat races and raise money for Boatloads of Hope, an outreach program for area breast cancer patients. 💗 Cancer is the absolute worst but it sure does remind us how to take care of each other. Come join us in support of this great cause!
We are serving up breakfast and lunch options - all the favorites! We are featuring local peaches from Bauman Orchards and corn from Szalay’s. Coffee from our friend, Angelina, at Humble Mornings Coffee ☕️Looking like picture perfect weather - come see us!

Each year, the Dragons on the Lake Dragon Boat Festivalt Festival brings together more than 1,500 paddlers and spectators to the beautiful beach at Portage Lakes State Park for a day of community, camaraderie and competition. Proceeds from the event benefit the Dragon Dream Team, Ohio’s first all breast cancer survivor dragon boat team.

Our breakfast menu is below. We'll switch to lunch nachos and sunshine bowl (braised chicken instead of eggs) and we're bringing back the Cuyahogie!!

Cannot wait to hear Mike Phillips and Hubb’s Groove live tomorrow at Rhythm on the River! What a treat! Come join us at this family friendly event and try some ETK grub! We are premiering a BBQ chicken biscuit sandwich topped with yummy coleslaw and local pickles. Jambalaya is in the house too - Rick scored some awesome smoked andouille from Tierra Verde for it. We are loving the Woolf Farm peaches in our Peaches and Cream dessert! Really light and refreshing - topped with granola, a house blueberry sauce and our signature lemon whipped cream! Kate took a cool pic of the dish today 🍑😉Can’t wait to see you! “Doors” at Howe Meadow open at 2 PM. Band plays from 4 to 6!

We were able to source a bunch of LOCAL produce, including tree ripe peaches from Woolf Farms, blueberries from Greenfield Berry Farm, fresh produce from Baker's Fresh Produce, Bigfoot Mushrooms and many more. Having a hard time believing it is almost July! But boy, are we excited for all the first class produce that the middle of summer will bring! We are trying a new dish at CVFM - have you heard of shakshuka? Well, we created a “trail toast” inspired by that deep spiced tomato sauce. Rick made the whole wheat bread for it and we will pair that sauce with a fried egg, some bacon, bright cilantro and feta. If you are down, add some hot peppers 🌶️ Rick and the kids were busy picking you some blueberries at Greenfield Berry Farm - topped with strawberry sauce and whipped cream (festive red, white and blue theme). It may be rainy tomorrow but there is something magical about being outside in a summer rain ☔️
