I wanted to tell you about a weekly teleconference call that I host every Wednesday evening. Our purpose is to gather together and talk about tools and techniques that will change our lives from reactive to pro-active.

We exist in very interesting times and it is easy to feel the effects of the current events, even if we don't focus on them. Our group is not only a pro-active group but a support group as well.

Choose From Love
You have the power to choose your internal, as well as, external world. You are Spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally empowered when u choose from LOVE.

When you choose from LOVE, you empower the World to BE LOVE. There are almost 8 billion Souls present on Earth right now! Can you imagine the vibration if all 8 billion Souls made ALL decisions from LOVE?

Currently, the majority of all decisions by humans are made from FEAR!

Transformation Exercise
Take a moment NOW and do this simple exercise:

FEEL as 1 of 8 billion…FEEL the love in your Soul…ALLOW that love to spin out to everyone on the planet!

Now, focus on you…

? What is happening to YOUR heart?

Now, shift your focus to every human on the Earth….

? What is happening to each person on the planet? Can you see the LIGHT that is being shared?

Now, shift your focus to Earth…what is changing on the Planet?

I have found that nearly everyone likes the geranium essential oil’s fragrance. I use it as an anti-deodorant and everywhere I go, people want to know what perfume I am wearing! They are amazed when I reveal my secret. See the recipe below!

Common Primary Uses:

Antibacterial, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, refreshing, relaxing, insect repellant, sedative, and tonic, deodorant (body & foot).

It is a powerful enhancer for regenerating tissue and nerves, emotional balance, and skin.

It can be applied topically with (1:1 dilution or neat) on the area affected or to reflex points on hand or feet.

My favorite Geranium remedy is:

ANTI-DEODORANT

In a 10 ml roll-on bottle:

Blend 25 drops Geranium and 25 drops Eucalyptus, swirl until the smell “feels” right.
Fill the bottle with a carrier oil and swirl until blended
Use daily underarms
Use when needed on feet
Most over the counter deodorants contain aluminum which accumulates in the kidneys, brain, lungs, liver, and thyroid where it affects calcium absorption and can affect your bones. Studies show that toxic metals contribute to brain diseases by producing oxidative stress, and aluminum is one of the worst offenders. Aluminum has been associated with:

Breast Cancer
Parkinson’s Disease
Bone Disorders
Alzheimer’s Disease
Kidney Problems
Brain Disorders

it is important to be aware of the ingredients in the products and foods you consume so that you can avoid the dangers aluminum introduces to your body. “Be the Lotus Flower”

If you have been following my previous blogs, you already know much has changed in the world and much has changed for each of us that inhabit the Earth.
What I would like to share with you today is a wonderful exercise in becoming the change that surrounds you.

As a lotus flower, you are composed of many unique yet similar aspects of the whole. Each petal appears to be the same but upon inspection is different from all the other petals. The energy of the whole is a variation of energy coming from each unique petal.

We each represent the greater whole in our aspect of defining ourselves individually. Yet we hold the energy of the vast wholeness deep within our core.

The thoughts I share with you today are meant to assist you in transforming your new aspects into reality.

Be unconcerned about your changes…flow with the experience

Open one petal at a time…discover what is newly available to you

If the opening is difficult or painful…ask for the message to effortlessly be present

See the world around you as an expression of the “NEW”
BE…a calm, quiet reflection to others

Share your wisdom energetically…allowing others to “feel” the difference in themselves and the world.

Sooth the “fear” around you. It is unnecessary to change or offer change to others…They will find their way!

The featured essential oil of the month

Lemongrass is one of those versatile oils. It can be used in any remedy and will offer a fantastic result.

I absolutely LOVE, not only the fragrance but the powerful healing properties contained within Lemongrass essential oils’ beautiful smell.

Common Primary Uses:

Bladder infection, Carpal Tunnel, Frozen shoulder, Gastritis, Purification, Grave’s Disease, Mental fatigue, Muscle strain, Tissue repair, Urinary tract infection, Varicose veins, Ligament repair, and Wounds….to list only a few!

It is a powerful enhancer for the immune system, muscles, and bones.

The lemongrass essential oil can be applied topically with (1:1 dilution or neat) on the area affected or to reflex points on hand or feet. Be aware it can cause skin irritation…so be cautious when applying.

My favorite Lemongrass remedy is:

JOINT REPAIR (a powerful blend)

Blend Wintergreen and Oregano 5 drops:5 drops swirl and set aside
Blend Sandalwood and Cypress 5 drops:5 drops swirl and set aside
In a 3rd bottle-combine the following: Blend #1, Lemongrass 10 dr, Coriander 10 dr, Blend #2
Swirl the entire contents several times until the remedy “smells” right.
Add carrier oil to fill 10 ml roll-on bottle

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate….

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure! It is our Light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
Your playing small does not serve the world! There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. It is not just in some of us…it is in everyone! And as we let our own light shine…we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fears…”Our presence automatically liberates others!”

This message above was not “coined” by me but was found in the movie, “Coach Carter”. I was struck by its message so dramatically, I now have it on the wall in my office.

Fear is an element of our human nature that keeps us from “BEING” our truth. It is the nature of the 3rd Dimension to propagate fear. It serves the experience of living a small, encapsulation of ourselves. When in truth…We ARE magnificent, powerful, expansive, unconditional, loving, caring beings. Our truth resides not in what we feel, think, or do but in how we share ourselves with others!

Marjoram is an extremely relaxing oil. It promotes inner peace and sleep. It can be used to calm the body wherever it is feeling tense.
Common Primary Uses Muscle spasms, stiff joints, respiratory congestions, cramps, insomnia & anxiety.

It is a powerful enhancer for the Cardiovascular System, Muscles and Bones

Marjoram essential oil can be applied topically with (1:1 dilution or neat) on the area affected or to reflex points on hand &/or feet. Be aware it can cause skin irritation…so be cautious when applying.

My favorite Marjoram essential oil remedy is for:

HEADACHES & MIGRAINES

Blend Wintergreen and Peppermint 2 drops:1 drop swirl and set aside
Blend Marjoram, Basil & Rosemary 24 drops: 12 drops: 9 drops swirl and set aside
Frankincense 6 drops
Lavender 6 drops
In a 3rd bottle-combine the following: Blend #1, Blend #2, Frankincense, Lavender
Swirl the entire contents several times until remedy “smells” right
Add carrier oil to fill a 10 ml bottle (roll-on bottles make application easier)

Tips to Help Relieve “Cranky Energy”
The changes we are currently experiencing globally are reflected in our personal lives on an emotional, mental, and physical level.

As the world changes-we change and as we change-the the Earth changes! That being said…it is important to recognize what is actually “ours” and what is just global.

As I am being guided to share this information with you, I am currently going through a personal experience of just, down-right “cranky-ness”. There is no explanation for it, nor does there seem to be a purpose for it. It comes and goes at will. When I check in with myself regarding this “crankiness” I realize it does not belong to me…no matter how personal it feels. It seems to come from nowhere and feels justified…as if I am supposed to feel this way! Standing outside of myself I can see the energy floating in and out of my consciousness and awareness. So, I now ask myself…what is the solution?

The answer I received is the following:

HOLD YOUR BALANCE: Focus on your core, expanding that energy throughout your physical, emotional, and mental body.

CONNECT TO EARTH: Stretch out onto the ground and feel yourself sink into the Earth about 3 feet deep. Stay there until you feel clear.

GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION: To BE cranky and then let it flow through you. Remember you are releasing not only human “cranky” but also Earth “cranky”.

And finally, give thanks for the joy you have just created for yourself and the world!

Thyme is a strong and powerful oil. It helps energize physical weakness and relieves mental stress. It is also known to assist in mental concentration.

Common Primary Uses: Depression, digestion, circulation, fatigue, asthma, bronchitis

It is a powerful support for the immune system.

Can be applied topically on the bottom of the feet, forehead, and base of the neck. When applying to hands, make sure you DO NOT touch your eyes for at least 20 minutes! Also, great to inhale often throughout the day (roll onto hands, rub together briskly, cup hands over nose and mouth and inhale through the nose than through the mouth).

Due to the global situation, I have been asked to create a remedy that is not currently in my book (The Blissful Apothecary).

The new remedy is: ANTI-PANDEMIC

In a 10 ml roll-on bottle combine the following as listed:

On Guard 8 drops
Thyme 21 drops
Breathe 6 drops


Swirl oil together until it feels complete. This may take several swirling times, allow the remedy to sit in between swirling. When complete…fill the bottle with a carrier oil and swirl again several times to combine.

Pro Tip: never shake the essential oils to combine

OUR NEW NORMAL

On April 6, 2020, we experienced something really amazing. A new Star Gate opened for us. Earth’s vibration went from 7.83hz to 65hz for 8 hours and then dropped back down to 10.2hz. We now are in the constant experience of a new normal vibration on Earth.

So, what does that really mean? Earth’s energy is being massaged into holding a new normalized vibration. We are no longer pushing against but flowing toward. That can be re-defined as…a new beginning for our journey to enlightenment!

Imagine what it would really mean if we no longer experienced resistance in our creative process. How amazing to strive to create something in your life and have the result, not only manifest but manifest right before your eyes! Everything becomes simple and easy. Our journey to enlightenment is now a path of NO resistance!

I feel the hardest part of this new vibration is accepting its reality in our lives. As humans, we are always skeptical of change and slow to embrace the new. Of course, that is always a choice and the only person in control of your life is YOU! You are welcome to embrace the new experience wholeheartedly or stand back and wait until you see other’s results. The choice is, as always…yours! Live in a World of LOVE!

What is a Spiritual Mentor?
As a Spiritual Mentors, I am invested in your spiritual health, personal growth, and in you reaching your fullest potential. What is the definition of Spiritual?
According to Oxford, there are two definitions of spiritual. My beliefs are more in line with the first definition:

Relating to or affecting the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things.
Consider what you want in a mentor.
Sometimes mentoring relationships don’t develop beyond a quick coffee because people don’t really know what they want. Begin by asking yourself these questions: In what area of your life do you most want to grow? Then make a list: When you know what you want, you’ll be better equipped to approach the right person.

Make sure there’s a personal connection.
Sometimes in our eagerness to find a mentor, we ask people we admire to become mentors before any real personal connection is made. We may like them, the idea of them or what they’ve accomplished. But when we sit down face-to-face with them, there may not be any genuine chemistry.

If there is no connection no one can benefit from the interaction.

Develop a thicker skin.
Though friends are supportive and stick with you through thick and thin, a friend may not speak a difficult truth for fear of affecting the friendship. A good mentor will say the things that are hard to hear—even if it affects the relationship.
