Job Description – Role & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and review the quantity sheet based on the tender documents for Materials, Services and Labor involved.
2. Sending the RFQ to the OEM/Sub-Vendor’s or so.
3. Commercial screening of OEM/Customer’s Offer and contracts.
4. Evaluating and negotiation of Vendor/OEM/Contractors
5. Preparing of Cost Sheet from the OEM/Sub-Vendor’s offer.
6. Prepare and Issue of the Quotation for the Customer.
7. Follow-up with Customer’s /OEM.
8. Preparation of Tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
9. Monitor and keep track of the measurement and valuation of variations in the contract, for the agreement of interim payments and the final account.
10. Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client/Customers are delivered.
11. Manage all accounting transactions
12. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
13. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
14. Ensure timely bank payments
15. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
16. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
17. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
18. Well versed in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
