Don’t forget about the LRBA Youth Scholarship Show

Just wanting to say thanks to show staff, starting with the setup crew (Moyers), show secretary ( Collette Waters), show superintendent (Kirsten Morales Taylor), concession stand workers, writers and we can’t forget some of these awesome judges The Martins (Stacey Stacy Easton Martin & Joey Martin), Tony Anthony Bell (Tony) & Jeff Albright. Y’all were awesome.
There were some hiccups but we pushed through it.

Open:
On Mini Lops, I would like to say congratulations to Bj Hood on his BOB in the Bi-Yoo Mini Lops of Louisiana specialty show and the LRBA show A all breed.

Congratulations to Tammy Lloid with her broken buck for BOB and I won BOSB with Uno (whip was the last rabbit born in Miss Clara-Beste Murphy barn.

Bi-Yoo Mini Lops of Louisiana, I am happy to announce that Texas will be hosting 2025 National Mini Lops in Wichita Falls, Tx on March 29,2025 and 2026 will be hosted by Colorado in Castle Rock Colorado on the second weekend of April 2026.

September 13th & 14th there will be a show in Alexandria and I will be hosting a specialty on the 13th.

Don’t forget coming up on Dec 29,2023 Bi-Yoo Mini Lops will be hosting a Mini Lop Specialty in Remembrance of Miss Clara “Granny” Murphy in Rayne, La this will be held with ARC’s All Breed Show.
Mini Lop open will get to show 4 times and Youth will get to show 5 times.

Here’s an update: Bi-Yoo Mini Lops of Louisiana will be hosting Mini Lop Specialty on Dec 29th in Rayne, La.

This show will be in Remembrance of fellow breeder Miss Clara Murphy.
Please join us.

Asking for prayers,Miss Clara Murphy our beloved Mini Lop breeder as of tomorrow will be 8 weeks in the hospital. She is loved and has helped many youth get their start in Mini Lops. She is known as “Granny” to many. She has double pneumonia and not doing well at all.
I will keep everyone posted. As her children are keeping me posted.

Update: I just got an update on Miss Clara and they have her on a bipap machine, they did try to take her off but her oxygen bottoms out. Her kidneys are starting to fail. It’s going to be touch and go for the next 24 hours. Again I’m asking for prayers. She may not be blood related to many of us but she is family. So everyone please join together and said a prayer for Miss Clara Murphy “Granny” for her to be able to rest so she can pull through this.

I want to say thank you to everyone that showed in Bi-Yoo Mini Lops Fall Festival show in West Monroe, LA.
We ended up with a total of 69 beautiful rabbits and 10 exhibitors.
I will say that I’m very proud of the youth that put their rabbits up with us that show in Open.

This show would not have been a success without everyone participating.
