In the past week I went over stress handling techniques that make up 1 section of the Exercise3S trifecta of training. In the following entries I will talk about the 3 elements that formulate the second component of the triad, constructing a sustainable diet.
To build a sustainable diet you first need to know your food - in other words what are you willing and able to consume after understanding the foods that are going to fuel your body
You can always make an exercise harder or easier
Knowing how to progress and when is as important as knowing what to exercise with what and for what.
This is a great progression in pressing a weight overhead. Get the most out of your exercise
