How people perceive you is how they receive you. The only way people will follow your leadership is if they perceive you as a leader through your principles, example and integrity. 🙂
A trustworthy leader understands the value of integrity. They have a high standard of integrity for themselves and value integrity in others. People are willing to trust and follow a leader that has good values that are reflected in their behavior 😊
It is important to receive mentorship and coaching, but the bottom line is you’re the only person who is truly in your corner. You need to be confident in yourself and your abilities and do everything possible to make yourself better each day. 😊

Mentorship is one of the reasons that the multi level marketing (MLM) business model is so successful. Mentorship and coaching are important in all aspects of life and if you look around at the most successful people, I bet 9 out of 10 of them have or have had a mentor. Multi level marketing businesses have built it right into the business model. Brilliant!
Nobody is born mentally tough. It comes from hard work, determination, and commitment. 🙂
Your commitment to your goals is truly tested after the initial moment you set those goals. Everyone is excited when they first set a goal. The questions you should ask yourself are: Will you still be committed to your goal even if it takes days, weeks or years to accomplish? Do you still have the same excitement you initially had when you first set your goals? 😀

The leaders that make a difference choose to. They don't wait, they take action. Are you taking it upon yourself to make things better for the people you lead or are you just reacting?
Effective leaders have great habits. Every decision you make with your spare time either brings you closer to accomplishing your goals or further away. There is no such thing as being stagnant. You are either progressing or regressing. Choose habits that will help you progress. 🙂
I recommend that you always examine yourself so you can focus on increasing your strengths and steadily reduce your weaknesses. Although, we are always looking for ways to improve our weaknesses, our main focus and efforts are pinpointed toward our strengths and developing them. 🙂
Past success does not guarantee future success. If you are a leader, others are always looking to see your present accomplishments. Your current success is the key to being an example for all those that you lead.
A true leader must earn the right to lead and mentor others. A person cannot have a leadership position bestowed on them and truly be effective. It is a leader's responsibility to prove to the people they lead that they are qualified for the position.
Our natural tendency is to worry and be anxious about things we cannot control in our business or life. If something is out of your control you have to let it go and focus on the things you do control. When we focus on the things out of our control we lose sight of our goals and we take away the opportunity to overcome the obstacles through the things that we can control. 🙂
The best conversationalist is a good listener. Almost everyone's favorite subject is themselves. Be eager to listen and ask questions of others and you will be loved by all. 😃
If you only think of your goals and are self centered, you will neglect those that you lead. Leaders must be willing to give up thinking about themselves and completely focus on the development of those that are seeking their leadership. 🙂
A successful leader is not satisfied with just helping others be productive. A successful leader is only satisfied when they help others become great leaders. A leaders greatest asset is the people they raise up. 🙂
You don't determine your future. Your habits determine your future. Your success is determined by how hard you work, your attitude and your personal growth on a daily basis. We always find a way every day to do something that will move our business forward no matter what the circumstances. 🙂
Success is when opportunity and preparedness meet. Most people believe that successful people are just lucky because they were at the right place at the right time. However, being at the right place at the right time is only half the equation. You have to do your part to be prepared by growing yourself so when a door opens you can walk through it.
A great leader is a master at connecting with people and is able to help others to see their vision and buy into what they are trying to accomplish.
Time is so precious! Never focus on your past failures. The most successful people are the biggest failures. Always focus on your future and spending every moment you can to improve it. We cannot get our time back. All we can do is make the best of the time we have left. 🙂
Leadership is not about being in control and forcing people to do your will. A real leader helps others to reach their full potential and take on leadership roles themselves. 😊
Just because a person is in a leadership position doesn't necessarily mean they are a leader. A leader makes the position through their leadership abilities. A true leader mentors others to help them become leaders. The best thing you can do is mentor others so they take your position.
One of the main keys to becoming a great leader is personal growth. The people you lead have high expectations of you. Great leaders never stop growing because you don't know what you don't know. 🙂
Our goal is to always be the most unsuccessful people in the room because if we surround ourselves with more successful people we will always strive to be better. If you are the most successful person in the room, you are in the wrong room. 😀
You are either going forward or going backward. If you are sitting still you are really going backward. 😊
There is never the perfect time for you to start your journey toward success and financial freedom. You will always be busy and the older you get the busier you get. Never procrastinate when fighting for your freedom.

The key to a successful home based business is to treat it like a business and not a hobby. Most people give 8 hours of hard effort into their full time job, yet give so little to their business that can bring them financial freedom. Our goal is to always have a successful business plan and to stick to it. 🙂
All effective leaders and business owners are great examples in all areas. Integrity, accountability and responsibility are just some of those areas. Never be afraid to get down in the trenches and be the example so that you can pull others out of the trenches and raise up effective leaders. 👍
It's not about what your team can do for you, it's all about what you can do for your team to help them be successful. The master key to success is not to be a great leader, but instead to raise up great leaders. 🙂
You must take the time to educate yourself so you can learn to lead yourself. Once you learn to lead yourself then you can begin the process of leading others. It is never convenient to grow yourself, but there is never a better time than the present. 🏖
Almost every person is afraid of failure. However, the most successful people have failed the most. It is not how often you get knocked down, but the question you have to ask yourself is how often are you willing to get back up? 🥇
