Heart to Heart, LLC
We currently exist to provide mental health education using the Mental Health First Aid curriculum. We hope to reduce mental health stigma.
This education is one puzzle piece that gives hope of recovery, increases support, and encourages appropriate help.
There is still space for this Saturday’s course! I hope you can join us! This course is for any adult who works with youth, parent, loved one, friend of a youth and more!

If you’ve never asked someone the question before, please take moments to practice asking if a person is having thoughts of ending their life, killing themselves, or dying by su***de as well as if they have a plan and/or intention to carry it out.
I see we have a LONG way to go in healthcare! What I witnessed today boiled my blood! Don’t EVER dismiss a person’s physical complaints just because they have a mental health diagnosis in their history!
We don’t have to keep waiting for a crisis, an issue, or after something happens to discuss and learn tools to help us! Make it a priority now!
It’s time!

Often we know we’re experiencing something but have a difficult time putting a name to it.
“How are you REALLY feeling?”
In the last 24 hours what have been your top three emotions?
Thank you for taking the time to do this for you!
What are some mental health terms you’ve heard being misused?
One of those words is ‘antisocial’!
It’s often used to describe when someone lacks desire to be around other people.
This term actually refers to a personality disorder associated with repeatedly disregarding and violating the rights of others, criminality, impulsivity, and failure to learn from experience (DSM-5-TR)
