Good morning parents,

Reminding the parents of students from infant 1 to std 3 that there are more spaces for your child to attend the Math and Reading Summer program offered by the Ministry of Education. You can send your child tomorrow.
The sessions for the children ages 5 - 6 is from 9:15 - 10:30 am and the sessions for the children ages 7 - 9 is from 10:45 - 12:00 noon.
Kindly have your children take advantage of the offer. It's all free.

To Parents:
School is scheduled to reopen on September 5, 2022. It will reopen as normal, from Monday to Friday. This time all students will come to school everyday. No more shifts or rotation.
A space is open for someone to lead the preparation of snacks and lunch at our kitchen. Interested parent can inform the principal or vice principal via phone call or by visiting the office during the week of August 29 - Sept 2.
Registration of students:
Registration will open on August 31 - September 2 from 8:30 - 12:00.
August 31 - Lower (Inf 1 - std 1)
September 1 - Middle (Std 2 - std 4)
September 2 - Upper - (Std 5 - 6)

Notice to Parents!
School will continue to be closed next week, November 8 to 12. Therefore, no packages will be collected nor given out until November 15 when school reopens.
Online classes will continue as normal, so have your children attend them.
Teachers will be working from home during the week, so feel free to contact them if you have any questions.

2nd Learning Packages.

The school would like to inform the parents that the second learning packages for this school year will be distributed on Monday, September 20, 2021 from 9:30 - 11:30 and 1:00 - 3:30. Kindly ensure package #1 is completed and returned on Monday too.

In an effort to keep the school grounds low and safe, the PTA is once again organizing a school compound clean up on Sunday, September 12, 2021 beginning at 7:00 a.m. Parents are invited by the PTA to help with the clean up. Parents are hereby invited to assist the PTA to chop the school compound on Saturday, April 17, 2021 commencing at 7:00 a.m. Bring your Weedeaters or lawnmowers as fuel will be provided. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Parents:
Kindly be informed that Monday will be a National Holiday in Lieu of Tuesday March 9, so distribution and collection of learning packages will be done on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Teachers will be at the school up to 3:30 p.m.
It is important that the students complete the packages and return them in a timely manner. If you have questions, feel free to visit the teacher at his/her classroom.

Parents are notified that every Mondays school be open on normal working hours. Picking up and Returning of Learning Packages.

Parents:
Please be reminded that learning packages will be returned and distributed on Friday, October 9, 2020 at the respective classrooms with the exception of Preschool packages which will be collected at the office. Kindly note as well that the package must be picked up by you the parent, not the child. The schedule is shown below:
Preschool and Lower Division: 9:00 - 10:00
Middle Division: 10: 00 - 11:30
Upper Division: 1:00 - 2:30

Good afternoon Parents/Guardians:

Please be informed that our distance learning will happen in two ways: 1. via Whats-app or email and 2. printed work. School will open on Monday, and so students' work will be distributed starting at 10:00 a.m. The following show the schedule:
1. 10: 00 - 11:00 ...... Lower Division
2. 11:00 - 12:00 ........ Middle Division
3. 1:00 - 2:00 ............ Upper Division
Those parents who were contacted through whats app will receive their child/children's work via whats app and email where possible. Those parents who were not contacted will need to pick up the printed work from the teacher.
Kindly note that if you received the work via email, you don't need to print it, instead, have your child/children do the work in their exercise book or another sheet of paper. Then take a picture of it and send to the teacher. The printed work are to be returned on Friday morning.
If you are a parent who will pick up work and you have more than one child, feel free to pick up for all one time.
Please be reminded to wear your mask properly, wash your hand upon reaching classroom and maintain 3 - 6 ft physical distance. Let's keep everyone safe.
