The Meridian High School Freshman Academy is a bridge between middle school and high school for students in the Meridian Public School District.
Our faculty and staff is committed to providing a world class education in a safe, dynamic environment.

We are so grateful for our community partners, helping us explore different pathways, while paving the way for tomorrow’s careers. Meridian High School will host its grade-level orientations on August 1, 2023. We encourage PARENTS and STUDENTS to attend. Schedules will be disseminated, and student ID pictures will be taken. Please see the flyer below for applicable times to attend. We look forward to seeing you!
Open Registration on Thursday, July 20, and Friday, July 21, 2023, for all Elementary and Middle School students. Registration will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. each day at the MHS Freshmen Academy.
Meridian High School is hosting Open Registration on July 25-28, 2023, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each day at the MHS Freshman Academy. Seniors and new students to MPSD/MHS will register on July 25, Juniors on July 26, Juniors, Sophomores on July 27, and Freshmen on July 28.
You can also register your child online at any time by visiting our website at www.mpsdk12.net/register.
Students must be completely registered to begin school on the first day of classes.
Thursday, May 18, 2023, is the MHS Class of 2023 Walk of Champions…please be certain you adhere to the following:
1. Only cleared seniors may participate.
2. Seniors must arrive to the bus lane by 7:45 a.m.
3. The buses will depart at 8:00 a.m. If a student misses the bus, he or she may not drive their personal vehicles.
4. Students must be DRESSED in their cap and gown. Students that aren’t properly attired, WILL NOT participate.
5. Students must park in student parking upon arrival on campus. If students are being dropped off, they must be dropped off in the designated area.

Today is the 5 year anniversary of our Meridian High School Beta Club’s National Beta charter. We are proud to celebrate 5 years of achievement with the students of Meridian High School , and we are excited to continue honoring our members for their leadership, character, and service.
Our Beta Club has been recognized as a “Club of Merit” for the last 5 years! Additionally, our club was recognized as a “Club of Distinction” in 2019 and 2020!
