DIY Foot 🦶 soak.

At the end of a long stressful day, soaking the feet into a tub of warm water can be one of the most relaxing things to do. Hotfoot baths increase blood flow through the feet and entire skin surface, relieving congestion in internal organs and brain. This also elevates the body temperature, relaxing tense muscles and increasing white blood cell activity.

Did a DIY Essential Oil Foot Soak and gave it to some of my friends. 🙂

Epsom salt - can help relax muscles, reduce stress levels, and soften the skin.

Peppermint oil - great for foot odor as it freshens and deodorizes the strongest sweat borne foot smell. This oil has a cooling effect that can calm the skin down fast and has a long lasting effect.

Lavender - also great for deodorizing and healing.

Spearmint - has an energizing and invigorating aroma. It encourages a sense of focus while uplifting mood. It also has cleansing properties.

Rosemary - helps soothe tired muscles and also has antiseptic properties.

I was out yesterday to assist a friend on their prenup. When we arrived at the resort, I sat on one of the dining chairs while waiting for breakfast. After nun, i just saw a red mark at the back of my knee and it's so kati at mejo masakit. I thought of putting alcohol but to no avail. I only have llfpc at tranquil roll blends with me kc i tried not to bring much. I just endured the redness and sakit the whole day.
When i got home at past 12 midnight, i took a bath, then put few drops of lavender. Pagkagising ko kaninang umaga, wala n ung redness, itchyness at masakit n part. Ang cool di ba? 😂😂 I usually use lavender whenever i have cuts or pag napapaso ako while cooking and it really works. It's one of my favorite oils 🙂.

Pang malakasang laban! Diffusing different kind of oil blends (di ko na maremember lahat ng oils na binlend ko. 🙈)

Thieves V for my honey-lemon-chia water.

Few days ago, i created a room spray and toilet spray. Unfortunately, di ko xa nagamit agad kc walang lumalabas whenever i spray. So i checked and i saw ung "off". I thought, in order to open it, kailangan ko alisin ung pink. Halos masugatan ung daliri ko kakapilit alisin ung pink, un pala kailangan ko lang itwist. 🙈🙈 Kung di pa ko nakapanuod ng guesting ni Marian at Bobay kung san gumamit sila ng bottle spray, di ko pa malalaman how to use it the right way. 😂😂 Oh well! minsan talaga ginagawa mong kumplikado ung mga simple, pinapahirap mo ung madali. That's life! waaah! Natawa ako sa katangahan ko. 🙈🙈 PS. Hindi ineencourage gumamit ng plastic container when using YL oils, pero dahil marami nmng water at less oil lng, tinry ko na. wala ako mabili na bottle spray here eh. 🙈

Going back to office tomorrow so i replenished my oil blends - breathe again for my mask and immunity booster. 🙂

Yung napupuyat asawa mo kakasinga due to baradong ilong... kaya holla! Trying this blend: Peppermint, Oregano, Lemon baka sakaling magdisappear ang sipon. ((:

transferred to a new room yesterday and i did all the hakot, buhat and everything. After that, ang sakit ng lower back ko, i find it difficult to stand up at maglakad. Thanks to these wonder oils - panaway and deep relief. Just massaged it few times last night, when i woke up this morning, wala ng sakit. 💪💪
