निर्विघ्नं कुरु मे देव सर्वकार्येषु सर्वदा ।

This mantra uses the word, ‘Nirvighnam’ which refers to Lord Ganesha and it is one of the 108 names of Lord Ganesha. It also means ‘Remover of Obstacles’ which is the central theme of the mantra in which the devotees pray to Lord Ganesh for removal of all obstacles from their life.
