The opening of Sotheby's new Maison at LANDMARK CHATER is an exciting milestone and the first Maison to open under “Tomorrow’s CENTRAL”, Hongkong Land's recently announced transformation of LANDMARK. This two-storey, state-of-the-art, 24,000 sq. ft space will play an important role in elevating and enriching client experiences at LANDMARK.

We are pleased to announce the groundbreaking and inauguration of Altea BLVD, our latest residential development in Indonesia, a collaboration between PT Astra Land Indonesia - our joint-venture subsidiary with Astra Property, and Sinar Mas Land.
Spanning approximately 75 hectares, Altea BLVD will transform the area into a new township, comprising 19 residential clusters and two main commercial zones: the South Gateway Commercial area and the Central Lake Commercial area.

At Hongkong Land, we believe arts and culture plays an important role in fostering a vibrant community. As we continue our commitment making art and culture accessible to all, we are pleased to support the “Mother Nature and Our Next Generation Exhibition and Community Art Programme”, an initiative co-launched by Art of MY Family (AoMYF), a Service Partner of Project Futuremark.
Running from December 2023 to August 2024, the programme aims to introduce children and teenagers from underprivileged families in Hong Kong to art as well as the importance of living sustainably. The exhibition consists of various elements: an exhibition; pine cone painting workshops led by instructors and assisted by the Hongkong Land HERE2HELP volunteering team, puzzle workshops, drawing and colouring competitions; guided tours and a digital learning manual.
The exhibition is currently on display at The Rotunda, Exchange Square until 31 July and is open to the public.
Reimagining the luxury landscape of Hong Kong, “Tomorrow’s CENTRAL” is set to be one of the largest transformation projects of CENTRAL since we founded in 1889. Today marked a momentous occasion for Hongkong Land as we announced the US$ 1 billion project, ‘Tomorrow’s CENTRAL’ at a press conference in the heart of Hong Kong where we were joined by honorary guest Deputy Financial Secretary, Mr. Michael Wong GBS, JP.
“Tomorrow’s CENTRAL”, is our upcoming plan to invest over US$400 million (HK$3.1 billion) to expand and upgrade our LANDMARK retail portfolio over a three-year period, with phase one commencing in the third quarter of 2024. Additional capital investments of an estimated US$600 million (HK$4.7 billion) will be made by Hongkong Land’s retail tenants across the LANDMARK portfolio in the design and creation of new offerings. As part of the transformation project, 10 world-class, multi-storey Maison destinations will be created for Cartier, Chanel, Dior, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Saint Laurent, Sotheby’s, Tiffany & Co. and Van Cleef & Arpels, establishing a unique luxury retail proposition, both in Hong Kong and globally.
In addition, our Central Portfolio will offer over 30 new and refreshed F&B concepts and house more than 100 F&B offerings, including our existing 16 Michelin Stars.

In the first instalment of our Inspirer Series this year – “Creativity : Hong Kong”, we had the pleasure of hosting Mr. William Lim, architect, artist, founder of CL3 Architects Limited and Mr. Stanley Wong (anothermountainman), visual communicator, founder of 84000 communications. The pair shared the profound influence of the city of Hong Kong on the evolution and cultivation of their creativity and vice versa over the course of their careers and their transition to become iconic figures in the Hong Kong contemporary art and culture scene.
Following their insightful sharing, William and Stanley sat down with Jennifer Lam, Director and Head of Marketing and Communications at Hongkong Land, to discuss on the essence of creativity with the audiences. They underscored the importance of originality to creativity as this will help us discover the extraordinary aspects of the basic things around us. Additionally, they emphasised that creativity requires discipline and perseverance, as well as keeping a positive mindset in order to open various opportunities and reach our goals.
At Hongkong Land, we are committed to promoting, nurturing, and preserving Art and Culture with our local community in Hong Kong and beyond.
