What are your top 3 go to medicines when feeling out of balance?

Mine are:

1. Black Seed oil- Black seed oil thymoquinone, which is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and is said to be Anti-bacterial, Anti-fungal, Anti-cancer, Anti-asthmatic, Anti-histamine, Anti-viral, Anti-coagulant ( all the antis😅). The benefits and what it can be used for are endless. From hair and skin, to be taken internally aiding in killing infections.

2. Shiling Oil- 10x more potent version of Vex. Made with a blend of Camphor, Menthol, lavender oil, mineral oil, eucalyptus oil, and dilli oil. Can be used for colds, flu, coughs, to muscle pain and asthma.

3. Kambo- Full of peptides and neuro peptides. In more recent studies, peptides found have been examined for use in treating otherwise problematic and drug-resistant bacteria and viruses that can play havoc with patients that have weakened immune systems - either as a result of their general health, or, particularly those with immunodeficiency disorders.

What was the birth story told to you by your caregivers? Was it smooth, was the interventions or was it complicated and risky?

Knowing our birth story can reveal so much of who we are today.

Those who’s birth was complicated may have triggered the flight, fight or freeze response within our bodies at birth, which can get stuck within our bodies memories, causing us to go back to cycles of flight, flight or freeze.

This manifests itself as anger, depression, loneliness, anxiety, suicidal thoughts- just to name a few.
