We meet on Sunday 30th October for our Women's Meditation Group in Maulden 9.30am - 12.30pm.

Our community now has five teachers who take turns to lead our daily morning yoga sessions. From England to Scotland and as far as Germany! We meet every morning via Zoom for Kriya and meditation.
This is open to all levels and is offered on a donation basis.
