Smoked Pulled Pork Rice Bowl!!

Well we did Brisket Nachos!!
Nachos topped with- green chili queso, pico, jalapeños, and fresh made guacamole! It was delicious!
So let’s talk BRISKET!!!?!? Everyone has a different way of doing thinks when it comes to this cut. I took this beautiful Black Angus Brisket from , seasoned heavily with Brisket rub and then smoked fat side down for 6 hours at 225 on my . Wrapped for 4 more hours and then it was time to eat!
What method or rub do you like best for your brisket?
CHILI! So the thing about this meal is that there are ENDLESS possibilities/recipes.
Here is my take: Smoke ground venison and sausage on my for 2 hours at 225 in my . Then sautéed onions/red bell peppers/ pablano/ garlic. Seasoned heavily with original Dayum seasoning! Simmer in the pot for 2 hours and then time to eat!!
Don’t forget that cast iron cornbread!

SMOKED BRISKET!! I have tried a lot of different rubs/ methods of cooking brisket but this BRISKET rub is hands down the best flavor I have found! And take a look at that bark!!
