Don’t let your MEAT LOAF! Sometimes it’s the simple meals that hit the spot!

Mozzarella stuffed meat loaf and a side of fried potatoes!!! This beauty was seasoned with Original Beef seasoning and smoked on the for 2 hours at 250.
Finished it off with homemade chipotle ketchup!

Smoked Pulled Pork Rice Bowl!!
This was all .m.brantley idea and it was AMAZING!!!!

So let’s talk BRISKET!!!?!? Everyone has a different way of doing thinks when it comes to this cut. I took this beautiful Black Angus Brisket from , seasoned heavily with Brisket rub and then smoked fat side down for 6 hours at 225 on my . Wrapped for 4 more hours and then it was time to eat!

CHILI! So the thing about this meal is that there are ENDLESS possibilities/recipes.
Here is my take: Smoke ground venison and sausage on my for 2 hours at 225 in my . Then sautéed onions/red bell peppers/ pablano/ garlic. Seasoned heavily with original Dayum seasoning! Simmer in the pot for 2 hours and then time to eat!!
Don’t forget that cast iron cornbread!

SMOKED BRISKET!! I have tried a lot of different rubs/ methods of cooking brisket but this BRISKET rub is hands down the best flavor I have found! And take a look at that bark!!
Smoked this point on my at 250 for 4 hours, wrapped for 2 hours and then rested for another 2. It was delicious!!
