O.M.Goodness 😋 I found this at Publix, our local supermarket. Located next to Pepperidge Farm frozen desserts and eclairs etc.. it tastes SO good! They have Strawberry cheesecake too! The crust is made of nuts and it even has a little dollop of SF whip cream on it!

I would 💯 buy this again! I found it at Wal-Mart!

✅6 net carbs for 1/2 pizza... which was very filling!
✅Add on some veggies or pepperoni for extra flavor if you’d like or add in a side salad!
My local Wal-Mart only had cheese but I’ve see other toppings online🤷🏼‍♀️
Definitely hit the spot. Cooked it in the air fryer for 12 minutes... YUM 😋

This is SO important. Many people are unfamiliar with nutrition labels, but living the keto/low carb lifestyle makes understanding them a necessity.

Acknowledging serving size is the first step -> the nutrition values listed are for only ONE serving size.

Measuring/portioning serving size is the second step -> as many people underestimate what they’ve actually consumed.

Then, depending on how many serving sizes you have portioned - count your macros (carbs, fat, protein). So, for example, if you’ve decided to eat 1 cup, and the serving size is 1/2 cup -> you will need to multiply the nutrition listed by 2 to get your total macros consumed.

👉Expert tip: Always read through the ingredients for hidden sugars!

Ready for a challenge? Keto is not a diet!!! It is a lifestyle change! I have been deal with a torn rotator cuff since August but keep pushing myself to stay health the best way I can. I CAN’T is an excuse. Everyone should have at least 30 minutes a day for themselves. Take care of you!

I like to have a treat hour versus a whole day personally. Helps the cravings and holds me accountable.

However, life is full of wonderful treats and experiences. I love the flexibility that Ketones give me to enjoy these Moments.

Sometimes we just need something to get the snowball rolling. For me, it was Prüvit’s Ketone Challenge.

One: I like a good challenge. I like it even more when I can visualize myself crushing it. It’s only 10 days too!

Swap this for that.....We always keep our pantry stocked and fridge full of these substitutes! It helps us remove excuses & temptations & also holds us accountable!

ANNNNDDD honestly...it's really fun to try new recipes or reinvent favorites by substituting carbs! Bonus points if you can get the whole family involved inmeal prepping and cooking! What a great way to create memories, teach or learn new skills & enjoy the fruits of your labor!

Did you substitute water for soda?
Did you track your carbs?
Did you get 30 minutes of activity today?
Did you cook a meal versus take out?
Did you write out your grocery shopping list?
Did you make healthier choices if eating out?

These are all HUGE reasons to feel good about the steps you're taking & choices you're making!

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It’s easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

So we have to ask ourselves... “what’s in my cup?” When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratefulness, peace, and humility?
Or, anger, bitterness, harsh words, and reactions?

Morning Charge!

Easy Keto Chili!

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 tbsp dried minced onions
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Suggested toppings:
- Sour cream
- Sliced green onions or chopped white onions
- Shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook the ground beef, onions, and garlic in a stockpot over medium heat, crumbling the meat as it cooks, until the meat is browned, about 10 min. Drain the fat, if necessary.

2. Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, water, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 min to allow the flavors to develop and the chili to thicken slightly.

3. Garnish with the chili topping(s) of your choice and serve.

Ever fall off track (this past holiday weekend, perhaps)?⁣!

It's ok!! This is a lifestyle, not a diet! Occasional road bumps happen! The goal is to get back on track and not let a cheat day turn into days, weeks, or months!

So here are some tips!⁣👇

👉Stick to less than 20 net carbs. This will help you deplete glucose stores faster! If possible, try staying away from keto desserts, low carb wraps, and artificial sweeteners.⁣

👉Eat more fat than usual. Your body is going to need more fat than usual as it shifts back into fat burning mode to help avoid cravings! STAY STRONG during that first day or two that are often the hardest!
