While I’ve collected most of my planter supplies in the past from our family lake home outside of Bemidji, this year my husband and I went north. Since the lake home is being renovated (we can’t wait) we decided to “rough it” at the hunting shack NE of Warroad. We lacked modern day amenities such as running water and indoor plumbing but we enjoyed a beautiful day collecting goods on my parents 160 acres of hunting land. My expedition was exploding with all kinds of good stuff! I now have a garage full to get started making planters!
