The Medium Roast is a Colombian bean, called the "Sisters". We would like to give recognition and acknowledge the woman of Colombia who do most of the harvesting and pick the coffee beans from the cherry trees, similar to how Indigenous woman pick Saskatoon berries. This roast is dedicated to the Colombian Womans Harvesting Association, who dont get the recognition that they should and to our Indigenous Woman. Please enjoy this one of a kind product that is all Indigenous made.
