Finished product! Braised Chuck Roast with a delicious onion and pan dripping gravy. New potatoes with fresh carrots and celery plus a little fresh chopped parsley complete the dish. You should have 3/4 a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon left from braising that pairs nicely! 😁
