Today was a long day, but so thankful we are safe along with our home after some devasting fires in Southern Oregon. And throughout Oregon. Praying for everyone still fighting.

For the past few years I've worked out at Aspire Fitness Studio with a personal trainer. I semi-recently felt the need for a more personalized class with more 1-on-1 attention in order to meet my goals, so I added that to my fitness schedule. Class sizes are perfect. We focus on pushing ourselves, proper form, personal instructor help, AND share some laughs 🤣
