This project came about because we wanted to make sure that the stories we tell about Scotland's food & drink are inclusive of all of Scotland's people and places. This is even more important as our small businesses recover from the impact of covid.

We had a suspicion that the experience of food and drink heritage in Scotland was probably very personal – connected with traditions, people and places - and the early survey responses would seem to support this.

Thank you to everyone who has taken part in the survey so far, it remains open for contributions till the end of this month.
