It is with a heavy heart, and a firm mind that I must make this little announcement. Most of you may not give a rat’s ass, and some of you might even wonder who I even am lol but, I have talked to Diana and Matt, and I gave them the full run-down about my feelings on everything happening within Iron Moon, and I have made the decision to leave. I submitted my formal withdrawal today and although this means I am no longer associated with Iron Moon, LLC, it DOES NOT mean that something significant happened. If you have questions, PLEASE come directly to me with them. No more “he said she said”
I used to do these custom crafts as a very small but profitable side “hustle” and after Diana placed an order with me, she decided that she would LOVE to learn how to create as well. She started up and then came to me with the idea of this business and I jumped in, no looking, no thinking just feet first right in! It was wonderful and stressful all at the same time and I wouldn’t change the time spent for anything, however, It has become something that no longer brings me joy, or peace and I just can’t continue to take my time away from my daily life, my home and most importantly my family for something that I am just not dedicated to anymore. I did start this with Diana, and a lot for the designs and work was my own, but over time it got further and further from the things that I loved to do and became so much more stress, drama and way too much for my pea-brain to handle lol I have never been the type to deal with drama nor have I HAD to and with everything happening recently, I just had to take a step back and realize that Nothing about this business was ever truly mine, I invested pennies compared to Diana and Matt, I was in no way responsible for any of the finances in or out, and the fact that I was making more than half of the product or taking the time to design, or put together a website or do live sales, or be the “face” to me just wasn’t equal to all that Matt and Diana have done and continue to do financially for the business.
With that being said, I am bowing out, It’s been a great run but my time is done lol
I will be going back to my little side hustle “Kaminsky Creative” and I will take nowhere near an many orders as Diana and Matt will but I will be able to work this as I was before, in my spare time, on my own time and without the huge overhead that (let’s face it) I just can’t afford. So again, I say I’m out, and I love and appreciate ALL OF YOU for the support and the fun that I’ve had along the way!

‼️‼️ announcement.

Normally, we keep quiet about things that are being posted about us. But with the recent things being said about our name, we cannot keep quiet any longer. I had atleast a dozen people message me last night about their most recent post.

We were “sold” a business with no active lease, a landlord who knew nothing about us buying the store, a $35,000 Shopify loan that was undisclosed to us and our sales were paying back, numerous utility debts, and much much more.

The previous owner was behind almost $7,000 in rent, and although we had been paying rent, it was being sent to their bank account instead of the landlords. Yes. We made multiple payments to purchase the business and it’s assets. But after all of these things came to light, we were forced to consider the contract invalid and vacate the premises so the landlord could recoup some of his money he had lost.

This has caused us great stress in dealing with the previous owner. And even so, we left the premises with all of their inventory and store fixtures to pick up by June 30th per the landlord.

This had not been done. We were contacted by the landlord after 4th of July weekend that the store was a mess. So we went back in and offered to clean and repair it for him, even though we had only been In there for three months and this was four years worth of damage.

We removed numerous fixtures, shelving, clothing racks, mannequins, computers, printers, desks, even some inventory, etc. on behalf of the previous owner….patched and repaired holes in the walls, cleaned and everything. The landlord approved. We are now still being harassed by the previous owner for more money, even though we lost everything in the end.

We have hundreds upon hundreds of photographic evidence and screenshots, and have even been sent live videos of the previous owner saying they have too much inventory on their racks and needs to clear it, yet is still claiming we stole things.

We just want to clear our business name. Things will be said. But what happens in the darkness always comes to light. And in this situation we have kept quiet until now, when they decided to make yet another public post about us. We have sent out multiple cease and desists and even text them to them as they have claimed not to have received either.

If you have questions about what TRULY happened WITH PROOF, please feel free to message us. We will not disclose any personal information about the other party, but we are quite frankly sick of being slandered left and right when we lost thousands of dollars by trying to handle a business the right way.

We have tried to refrain from making this post, but we can no longer remain quiet when such ludicrous things are being said about us and our business.

Yes. We have legal council and do not WANT to have to take this to court. But at this point, with all the defamation, we may not have much of a choice.
