First time deadlifting since covid hit. Didn't want to push it too much. Only went up to 405 Ib. Feels good to have a real gym again. Can't wait to be done traveling for work so I can get back on the road to 600 Ib.

Hello B***y Fam,
Covid has been a hard season for everyone. I know for me I couldn't go to the gym. I gained a ton of body fat. I lost all motivation. I proceeded to loose my job. My wife and I decided to move to Tennessee. We had to live with family members. It was all around a tough year and a half.
One of the silver linings during this time for me was growing this community. I am so thankful for you guys and have enjoyed getting to know all of you. This community although still small is so amazing and supportive. I want to give an extra special thank you to Jonathan Monds, Courtney Judy, ACE_of_Clabes, Austin Heap, David Corralez, Mike Barbato, Ian Horlacher, Bri Denise, Loren Huffman, Spencer M. Argenna, Matt Bissett, Jon Eckendorf, Tricia Schopp, Bigdad Fabio, and Jæ DãhŸõügân. Some of you guys are new friends, and others old friends that I have been able to reconnect with. I appreciate you guys so much.
Obviously I love video games, but another passion of mine is weight lifting. If you don't know already the gym has been a large part of my life for the past 4 years. Back some time around 2017 I remember looking at the picture on the left and thinking to my self how pathetic I was. I had totally let my self go. I was embarrassed and had no motivation. That was the day that I decided to change my life.
I started taking my fitness seriously. It became personal to me. I started an Instagram account to keep myself in check. It seriously changed my life. I had goals. I was motivated to push my self to my limits. I was no longer the same person anymore. As shown from the picture on the right.
Then Covid hit I was unable to access a serious gym. I put on body fat. I lost a lot of muscle mass. It has been a year and a half roller-coaster. As of yesterday I will be a member of of a real gym again! I am so excited to get back on track. To finally bench, deadlift, and squat again. Its been a long time coming.
For anyone else that has been struggling with their goals I just want to encourage you to stay motivated, stay consistent. It's all in God's timing. Maybe you are not where you want to be today. I know I'm not, but things will come to those that stay faithful.
On a side note I learned today that the word ACRONYM is actually an acronym. Did anyone else know this? It honestly blew my mind.
Definition: ACRONYM (Abbreviated Coded Rendition Of Name Yielding Meaning)

Started playing Gears for the first time since judgment. It used to be my favorite multiplayer game until I became a ps4 player. Here is a quick clip from this morning. It's good to be back!

What's up B***y fam!
Been out in Ohio doing training for the new job this past week. Putting in that work. I will be flying back to Nashville on Thursday. In the mean time getting a few lift sessions in and enjoying the beautiful weather.
The wife and I will be closing on the new house this Friday! So hyped about it.

Hey Everyone,
Just trying to give a quick update to the fam of everything going on right now. As you know my family has moved to Tennessee recently. There has been allot of stress moving states being unemployed, and looking for a new job. If you don't know already I have started my new job and is the reason the stream is at a stand still. The next 4 weeks I will be traveling for training.
The wife and I are currently working on closing our new house. The closing date is set to March 5th. We are so excited! When we close one of my main priorities is getting the streaming room set up so we can continue to put that work in.
I am still playing on a regular basis I am just not able to stream in my current situation. So if you ever see me on and you want to run some games let me know. If I don't join I probably have a full squad.
I want to also give a HUGE thank you for all the support and love. I can't wait to move into the new house and start streaming with all you guys again! 😘

I have been telling everyone that the streaming schedule is going to be rocky the next 3 months.
Today is the first day of my new job! It also looks like I might be traveling quite a bit in the upcoming months for work. I will do my best to keep everyone updated. The stream schedule is currently going to be random as we find a new time that works.

I have a job interview today so using the time to prep for that.
Yesterday we had over 350 views on the stream and its only day 4. Thank you to everyone that tuned in. Lets keep growing together, and keeping the positive vibes.
This morning we hit 50 follows which was the current goal. Next goal is 100 follows.
