Friends! After a not so long winter, we’re so excited to get back in the groove and kickoff the summer season with our pals ! Join us at their Unwind & Shine event on May 18 - there will be a sculpt class with live DJ, wellness education with a focus on stress management, meditation and energy healing, women owned vendor market (including yours truly!) and much more! Fun Fact: We came up with the idea for Freezer Breezers after realizing post-cycling crotch pain could be relieved by padsicles! What’s a padsicle you say? Well it’s exactly what it sounds like…a frozen maxi pad. This is a little DIY trick new moms use to relieve pain after giving birth. We (Nikki & Jennny) are just a couple mom’s trying to bring some conversation around crotch care…a topic mom’s know all too well.
