*NO WEAPON!*

“ *No weapon formed against you shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17).*

*There are certain promises of God which have the sweet blessings in them. Some are like swords with which the enemies could be fought with and destroyed. Some are like the shields which could protect one from the arrows shot by the wicked.*

*So long as there is light in the world, there will be darkness. Satan will be there until God is there. The curses will be there as long as the blessings are there. The struggles of satan will be there as long as the glory of God is in existence. But God stays as the refuge and fort to you and gives the promise "No weapon formed against you shall prosper."*

*God never says that there is no tribulation for you in the world. Also, the Christian life is not a bed of roses. It is always struggle-filled and remains as a cross-bearing life. But anyway, He who won over the world is with you.*

*The arrows shot by the wicked are there. The fiery darts of the wicked one are there. The sorceries sent by the sorcerers are also there. But, since you are in the protection of God, no weapon formed against you will prosper.*

*In the Scripture, Jacob left Laban his father-in-law, with all his cattle, wife, children and the servants and this irritated Laban. After Jacob left, Laban departed with his servants to prevent Jacob from going ahead. Jacob was not aware of the trouble which Laban was bringing to him. On that night God gave His vision to Laban in his dream and told him, “Be careful that you speak to Jacob neither good nor bad” (Genesis 31:24).*

*Whichever hands rushed in to create trouble to Jacob and whichever heart planned a plot against Jacob, the same hands and heart came forward to make a covenant with Jacob in Mizpah. How wonderfully God protected Jacob by not allowing any weapon formed by Laban against Jacob to prosper. That God is your God and He will protect you like the apple of the eye.*

*Dear children of God, are the invisible traps laid against you in your work spot and other places? Do the wicked deceitfully conspire against you like the Jackals? Are the witchcrafts and sorceries aimed at you from all directions? Without worrying, rely upon God. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.*

“The Lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace” (Exodus 14:14).*
