Congratulations to my brother in law. Now an engaged marine. Super proud of you man! Welcome to the family Angel!

I’ve been committed to eating right, taking supplements, and going to the gym 6 days a week for the last 2 months. I started at 145 and am now up to 162. I’ll admit I had given up trying to gain weight because I was convinced that my metabolism was just too fast to gain anything. After getting advice from some great people and deciding to go for it, I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and it’s only up from here. Big shoutout to ._ Thank y’all for guiding me in the right direction and getting me to this point
