Isn't this a gorgeous coastal bench for a foyer? This one was created using a twin headboard! Here's the before and after of this "Under the Sea" one-of-a-kind bench.

It's amazing how a pop of color and new hardware can transform an old piece of furniture! Here is the before and after.

Turn your clear vases you have at home into elegant home decor. These were fun! Prime then Modpoge pieces of fabric on to the vase. After it's dry, paint! I used a metallic wax to highlight and add depth.

It sure felt good to get out in the shop and paint again! There have been alot of "life happens" the last few months. This bookshelf is repurposed into a coffee bar. The shelf still needs lowered a tad and light will be added. This was blended using 5 different paint colors. New k***s finished it off!

blended to highlight these Steampunk
Parrots. They are protected in a clear
top coat. The detail on the legs are
highlighted using gilding wax in bronze.

This vintage handmade cedar hope chest just received a sophisticated makeover! She received wood embellishments on the front highlighted with gold gilding, new gold feet, and a beautiful mermaid top. This beautiful piece will be available in our Awakening Creations by Lisa vendor shop at Sweet Pickins Décor Boutique this Tuesday.

I just finished this elegant piece! This can be used as a desk, vanity, or even an entry table! The drawer fronts are finished using a silver rose foil and finished off with unique crystal hardware. This will be added to our vendor booth at Sweet Pickins Décor Boutique on Sunday!

Introducing...."Sasha"! She is a custom one of a kind work of art. 13 Dixie Belle Silk Paint colors were blended to perfection to create her color. As 2023 comes to a close, we would like to thank all who have supported our small business this year. I have learned so much from my Sweet Pickins Décor Boutique family.
I wanted to share some pictures of my favorite furniture pieces from this year. I'm already working on several furniture pieces that will be added in the next few weeks.
We are looking forward to 2024! My hubby will be adding new custom designs from "Anything in Wood" to our booth shop. Stay tuned......he has so many creative designs!
