In Salem District, NH-47, Near VSA Engineering College, the frequent Atrocities Committed in Encroaching and Grabbing the portion of ancestral property (Agricultural yielded farm land of Approx 175 Sq.m in S.No. 121/2A1 and Bullock Cart Road in S.No. 121/1B of Uthamasolapuram Revenue Village in Salem District) of my late husband P. Subramani from weaker un-educated Widow Women S.Pappathi(75) and her Son Prof. S.Saravanan by Vanniar Welfare Trust 1. DMK Partyman Vaniyambadi P.Sivalingam(69) 2. K.Palanisamy(69) 3. M. Balasubramaniyan(63) 4. Elango 5. Velu @ Vadivel and their henchmen’s team on 17.09.2022 and 18.09.2022.

Again, with the Support of Government officials, The Executive Engineer-Salem City Corporation, Kondalampatti Range B6-Police Station ACP Tmt. Anandhi, SI – S.Chandrasekaran, SSI–Murugesan, Salem South Revenue Department officials, Registration Department officials in Veerapandi SRO and other Retd. Government officials, the aforesaid Vaniyambadi P. Sivalingam, encroached my family share in S.No.121/2A1 (which is between NH-47 and their portion of the land in S.No.121/1B) and destroyed the yielded cattle food grains and destroyed the and Bullock Cart Road in S.No. 121/1B using a JCB and their henchmen team by the way of murder threatening and destroyed the farm-land and Cart Road with the help of 2-JCB’s on 03.03.2023 with two B6-PS police station police personals.

The fraudulent document registered with wrong boundary description between the year 2008 to 2020 in No. 3, Joint Sub-Registrar Office Sub Registrar, Thiru Subbu Krishnan (Retd) and in Veerapandi Sub-Registrar Office Sub Registrar Thiru. Kumaresan (Retd) and Thiru. G.V. Mani are the key persons who encouraged such a fraudulent document registration by various executants and claimants during their tenure/service period.

The unlawful act and negligence of duty and service during their tenure of service of the aforesaid officials, leads to such atrocities, murder threatening and attempt murder activities of famous land grabber Vaniyambadi P.Sivalingam (who was arrested and remanded many times for their Patta land and Government land grabbing activities in the past in Salem District) for encroaching and grabbing the portion of ancestral property of my late husband P. Subramani from weaker un-educated widow women S. Pappathi(75).

Now I seek your kind intervention in extending support to Widow women and help to recover my grabbed land adjacent to NH-47 and take necessary actions against them and render justice. However, No one will take an appropriate action against the aforesaid Land grabbers, Instead, All the Enquiry officers (ACP, Tmt. Anandhi, Kondalampatti Range, Inspector of Police, Sub Inspector of Police, Kondalampatti B6-Police Station and the ACP, Central Crime Branch, Salem City will support the aforesaid Land grabbers and refuse to accept the valid evidence, refuse to enquire the eye witnesses, and avoid filing a case against the aforesaid Land grabbers by neglecting all the eye witnesses Statements, strong evidence documents (Sale-deed documents, Patta, Chitta adangal, FMB Map, A-Register, Possession and Enjoyment Certificate, Ownership Certificate, Land tax Receipt, Year-wise & Survey Number-wise Magasool Registers, Photos, Audio and Video files recorded during the aforesaid encroachment activities) supporting to the Petitioners Petitions submitted both in the form of hard copy and in DVD for the sake of monetary benefits received from the encroachers/ accused persons.

மூதாட்டியின் மகன் Prof. S.சரவணனை,எந்த காரணமுமின்றி 03.03.2023 அன்று கொண்டலாம்பட்டி காவல் நிலையம் வர வைத்து, காக்க வைத்து, மேற்படி சிவலிங்கம் என்பவன், மூதாட்டி S.பாப்பாத்தியின் பூர்வீக விவசாய நிலத்தை, சேலம் மாநகராட்சி செயற்பொறியாளர் முன்னிலையில், மீண்டும் இரு JCB, தனது அடியாட்கள், மற்றும் மேற்படி காவல் நிலைய காவலர்கள் இருவர் பாதுகாப்புடன் செய்த நில ஆக்கிரமிப்புக்கு மேற்படி P.சிவலிங்கம் என்பவனிடம் லஞ்சம் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு பாதுகாப்பு வழங்கி உதவியுள்ள ACP, திருமதி ஆனந்தி, காவல் நிலைய உதவி ஆய்வாளர் S.சந்திரசேகரன், மேற்படி P.சிவலிங்கம் என்பவன் மற்றும் பல அடியாட்கள் மீது வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க எங்கு முறையிடுவது என்று மூதாட்டிக்கு தெரியவில்லை.

"மகளிர் உயர மாநிலம் உயரும்" என்னும் கூற்று மெய்ப்பட தமிழ்நாடு முதல்வர் மாண்புமிகு மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அவர்கள், தனது திமுக கட்சியை சேர்ந்த கணவரை இழந்த மூதாட்டி S.பாப்பாத்திக்கு என்ன செய்யப்போகிறார் என்பது கடவுளுக்கே வெளிச்சம்.
