I smoked for 30 days in a row, here is what I learned and what you can do about it
So clearly, it wasnāt intentional, an old habit it slipped back into my life
I started smoking when I was 15 and stopped daily drug usage in 2017 after a decade of drug abuse...
Iāve set myself on the path to source my full potential in by using my bodyās resources

Here are my observations on how to live a healthy life
drugs bring you a different perspective on life
**I donāt reject them but advise to only consume drugs in a safe way, with the intent to observe yourself through their lense in a small dosage with professionals in a country that allows it **
Drugs can bring you a temporary relief of the pain and allow you to heal
You need to do it with that intent,
I see them as medication, power ups like in Mario and should be treated as suchā¦ you canāt be on š all the time
I meditate between 1 to 2 hours/ day giving me the habit of observing and understanding my behaviours
What Iāve seen while smoking to***co,
like any drug, has āa spiritual ā effect, It takes you in an altered state
It clogs your nose and third eye,
your lungs and throat it dehydrates you
It does has an effect on your energy field when meditating,
some sort of relief feeling and a buzzing into your body
however on a regular basis, it prevents you from breathing fully,
and breath is crucial in nervous system regulation/ high performance
I noticed it would take a huge effort to shift states using my breath after a few days of smoking
I used because I was feeling a lack of love and the heart chakra being in front of the lungs,
the practice was there to bring awareness to the pain I felt but didnāt wanted to see

Negative thinking and overthinking are signs of a well-functioning body-mind system.
š§ The problem isn't that you have negative thoughts.
For your system, they are a subtraction to what exists.
š Like not having enough.
You labelled it as negative thinking and bad because you were told to.
š But in fact, it just is.

the reason we are all rushing and banging our heads
Because we are not living in our personal truth
I recently watched a movie about the king of France
And the way they wrote history
How the king was all powerful and rules on earth
This is only 1% of the truth
Besides the king having an influence on his direct surounding
There were thousands of people living their best lives without even knowing he existed
The fact that news would take weeks to travel that when a pope of king would die, some regions would take month or even years in some cases to get to know about itā¦
Meaning laws and regulations would change and people would still live the way they used toā¦ Breaking the law while event local police couldnāt enforce itā¦
But the funniest part is that some parts of France wouldnāt even bother because they would live between themselves and having all their needs met away from the king not living under his influence
And thatās why today, most people live lives that they hate
Because we focus on the ā1% āand believe we all should live accordingly to their model and canāt espcape it
We need to stop looking at these people, feeding them our energy and start living between ourselves and connecting to our truth

What helped me
1. Meditation
By far, the most important practice of allāsilent meditation allows you to learn presence, to focus, to accept. It is a way to become aware of what is happening in your life. Daily meditation is a foundation for any change but also for living life. It allows us to catch information from all senses, making us more receptive to the moment.
2. Hypnosis
Itās the path to trance, Trance is the space where it all happens; we humans are experiencing life from trance.
There are 3 main activities I do in trance: trauma healing, creation, and connection. These will be expanded in separate posts.
3. Making choices
Itās a very important part of human life, especially in these times during which many beliefs are being changed. Meditation and hypnosis are great tools to make decisions. Meditation gives you presence, the understanding of what is happening, and with hypnosis, you can trance-from and create a new choice, experience it before it exists.
4. Yoga
It is also a powerful spiritual practice. There are various forms of Yoga, depending on your needs. Traumas are being stored in my body, and moving my body helps relieve them. I also practice types of yoga developed to elevate your soul to new energy levels. These kinds of yoga are not for everyone, like Kundalini or Kriya.
5. Sport
It is important for the same reason as yoga but because we are physical beings meant to move our bodies and experience life in movement. We are creators, and our creation is life in the physical plane. Thus, we need to be active in the physical plane with the physical plane
6. Cooking
Food is important in life; it creates a connection between us and the land we live on. For each stage of your elevation, different foods will come to you. The lower you are, the more you need to consume animal and processed foods. The higher you elevate, the more pure foods you will want, and ultimately, only eating fruits. Cooking for me was a big part of my transition to healthier days.

Why You Can't Escape "The Matrix"
The way most people talk about the matrix or the system on social media is very disempowering.
They make you believe the matrix is outside of you and is controlling you. It's not. It's within you, and you are part of it.
The matrix is the thought partner in your brain creating your reality. Just like in a computer program, the matrix in your brain is a source code of beliefs you follow to create your daily life.
The code you want to change isn't the one on your device, but the one in your brain.
Steve Jobs understood what humans want but has mistaken the delivery.
It's not better iPhones we want; it's better brains.
Imagine your laptop saying, "I want to escape Windows."
You need to update yourself in order to be able to operate the apps you want.
We're addicted to tech like any addiction because it gives us the illusion of the results we want.
To find this satisfaction, you need to:
1. The first step is to gain awareness of the apps you have installed. This goes with meditation.
2. Once you understand them, you need to decide on the apps/behaviors and abilities you want to install.
This comes from comparing yourself with others
(yes, you are being lied to; comparing yourself is one of the keys to your salvation).
3. Then erase your code and install a new one.
This comes with deep states of trance and physical activity.
Just as you can't create new apps from the user interface, you can't truly transform your life by simply living.
Trance naturally occurs at night while you sleep (ever seen the "update at night" option),
you can master this practice with hypnosis.
The freedom you seek won't be found by escaping but by facing.

As a kid, The Rescuers was my favorite cartoon

How to Get Full Control Over Your Life
I met Stefy at a party. We were in the garden of this magnificent 70s modern-style villa.
She couldn't prevent herself from asking me:
- "How can you be so relaxed while not matching the dress code and clearly being new to this network?"
- "Because I learned to be in full control."
- "Oh no, that is my role. I'm the control freak here. It's my job to be on top."
- "And that is why you put yourself under constant pressure?"
- "Yes, of course."
- "Then you're not in control."
- "What??!!"
- "Imagine driving a car and only pushing the gas pedal. That's not control; that's su***de."
A few moments later, she was lying on a blanket in this very garden, experiencing a deep hypnotic trance that I had induced her into. It did turn a few eyes, yet people could see she was having the best time of her life.
For once, she had fully let goā¦
In the personal development world, you'll hear a lot of people saying you need to let go of control. To me, it doesn't make sense because life is made to be enjoyed, and without control, we can't steer.
When the brain has an idea, it sends an electric signal to the muscle and creates an action. Body tension is a muscle receiving the signal to act without stopping (overthinking), creating pain and suffering.
Yoga teaches you to contract and release your muscles to have control over your body.
I teach elites how to have an idea and let it go to have control over the mind, then send it over the body without burnout like Stefy. It's simple; there's one moment when you naturally let go of all the ideas. It's the moment you drift to sleep. Your body becomes limber.
You can access this state consciously:
1. Focus on your breath.
2. Focus on your emotions.
3. Discern the body's space.
4. Drift all the way.
Once you master this, you'll fall asleep easily, make the right choices, and act when it's right.

Jim is a pretty successful man, the father of a beautiful young woman. He is recently separated and focused on making the best of his new life.
- $30,000 is the price of the car, and my daughter could use it to visit me since she lives with her mom.
- I understand you, Jim. You want to spend time with your girl, and you want her to love you. But do you want to make the same mistake you did with your wife?
forgetting that the relationship is between you and her, not you and your business?
we don't want her to love a man who escapes into his job and tries to make up for it with shiny gifts.
I would've loved a BMW when I was 18, I'd rather have had my dad give up on seven-year-old bourbon.
Jim knows he mistakes this attention for love and does other things to cover up.
Jim is to stop covering up and start honoring himself.
Jim wants to be loved, and as he doesn't find value in himself, he puts pressure on his business.
He knows deep down he won't be able to perform the same way in 20 years, just like he saw his ex-wife become older and less intimate.
What causes Jim to stress and undervalue himself is unconscious because if an issue is conscious, like food needing some flavor or a bill needing to be paid, we can easily address them.
However, an issue that we know causes us pain but can't be solved directly can't be solved consciously.
What is conscious is the same as what is on your screen,
the unconscious is the same as the source code of the device you hold in front of you.
To transform your life, you have to enter into a trance.
It's pretty easy; it's a natural process that leads you to dream.
If you have sleep trouble, you probably need to learn hypnosis.
1. Focus on your breath.
2. Focus on your emotions.
3. Discern the body space.
4. Drift all the way.
Learning trance will lead you to master all forms of change, to transmute, transform, transcend.
Trance is the gateway to becoming a superhuman.
"The gateway experiment" is even the name the CIA gave to its super-agent program.

"All I wanted was to solve all my problems at once..."
I was living my dream.
A big villa with a private pool, amazing furniture, and I had just repainted it.
I had recently registered my coaching business in Singapore and launched an online course called, waking up to passive income. I was booked on podcasts to share my work, and clients were coming to me
I looked out the window, "that's it - I made it"
I had only created enough safety to release my deeply buried trauma,
I met this amazing young woman who wanted to learn how to coach.
The first session turned out to be a storm in my life. I remember sitting on my spacious lounge chair with fancy patterns
Something happened , memories I wasn't aware ofā¦
My whole body went into shock;
ā all the reactions of being segsualy assaulted as a child.
everything I had built crumble in front of my eyes.
Eight months later, unable to move, the pain was too intense.
men were terrifying.
I was crushed by financial pressure. I got kicked out three times and was late on my rent for the last six months. My decisions were stuck between choosing to eat, do laundry,
I spent most of my time breathing, I experienced what being petrified means.
It felt hopeless.
The only advice I received at the time was:
- "You have to act, get a job, do something about it!"
- "How could you let yourself slip into this situation?"
I know skills and resources are useless when emotions and the mind can't lead.
I specialized myself and learned how to be a powerful master hypnotist.
you don't need to be active while learning. you can just let yourself be hypnotized by voices and let the work happen by itself.
Your subconscious will record the information while healing you.
This gave me the most profound training while experiencing the effects in real-life applications.
I could see my confidence slowly come back and build new habits step by step.
1. Listening to hypnosis to calm my mind.
2. Deep breathing to calm my body.
3. Falling asleep with ASMR.
then mantras and yoga.
Today, I realize that the only thing that kept me going was knowing I'd have a weekly session with Sara Miller.
"You cannot solve your clientās problem (and never will)."
And that is okay, you donāt need to.
- But Iām being paid to solve their problems.
- No, you are being paid to take them from point A to point B.
Let me bring you back to this story.
I had a client coming up to me and asked if I can help her make $100,000 per month and how much time it would need to be done.
- Well, then let me audit your business, and Iāll tell you what should be done.
She earns an average of $78,567 monthly, and this has been consistent for the last three years.
She follows around 20 clients per month.
- Why do you need me?
- Iām exhausted and canāt possibly take on more clients.
- Then triple your price and halve the number of your clients.
-I canāt.
- Why?
3, 2, 1, BAG OF EXCUSES.
-Okay, letās do some hypnosis.
We've got an inner child not feeling enough, trying to attract the attention of parents but not really knowing how, so she overworks herself to feel not enough, but then still has pressure to do better than anyone.
3 weeks later: She made a $100,000 month.
This whole process happened in one call even before I could consider enrolling her as a client...
The problem is the story they tell themselves on why they are not going to be on their own.
The word 'problem' comes from Latin and means 'to put forth.'
What you gotta do is simple:
A) Ask, "What is your situation and where do you want to be?"
B) Give them action steps.
C) Observe their ex*****on.
D) Donāt ask them what the problem is because they will invent a story to please you.
Instead, find the paradox and get them to accept it.
Once that is happening, the belief that created the paradox will melt.
'Paradox' comes from Latin, meaning 'against belief,' aka limiting belief."
