Diversity issues are not only found in obvious areas like careers and sports, unfortunately, for our younger generation, they are still found in education.

Seen above, we’ve explored some other the racial issues in education and presented some solutions.

Knowledge brings power as we cannot address what we do not know or understand. So we want to give power to all parents, students and anyone else on the education system.

Nowadays a lot of organisations claim that they are diverse. However, our research has revealed limitations of this diversity which have manifested as something called the "Guinness Cup effect”. This is when black members of staff occupy lower earning jobs while those at the top are white.

We identified some of the contributing factors to this issue, alongside practical solutions. (Please swipe left).

Our starting point is our mentorship and sponsorship programme. We strongly believe that people can be mentored and sponsored in order to help them start their careers and rise into higher paying roles.

That’s where YOU come in. We would like you to consider being a mentor and/or a sponsor to help someone aiming to work in your field. If you are a middle manger, senior manager or director, we would like you to mentor and/or sponsor someone who desires to climb the ranks in their chosen field.
