Love baking and indulging in and videos any spare chance I can. Made my 4th or 5th layer cake ever and it turned out great, everyone asked for seconds 😊 This one is a and cognac/pineapple soaking syrup topped w toasted coconut flakes (only had small flakes, large would be ideal). Made sweetened condensed milk out of for incorporating into cream cheese/ butter frosting-sooo yuuummyy 😋 Thank you Claire and -you teach so well.
