Day 6 for my 30 days of daily gratitude- Three of my classmates from my virtual Positive Psychology class. We met in person and it was the best day! I felt and feel like they are life long friends. Our hugs felt like we missed each other terribly even though we just met in person! So grateful for this experience and day talking about the positive changes we want to see as Positive Psychology Practitioners. Seriously my gratitude is flowing!!!! Thank you Vicky, Theresa and Sharon for driving to my home from Connecticut and New Jersey. What are grateful for today? 🙏 💗

Whatta’ bout ME Wednesday - What is my story? Why do I do this? As an educator for 30 years I saw a shift in my students… it was me that needed to change my practice in the way I taught health and wellness. I needed more education in mental health so I chose the lane of Positive Education and became certified as a Positive Educator and now finishing up another certification as an Applied Positive Education Practitioner. I needed to understand the science behind this lane of mental health. My hope is to continue to help others boost and strengthen their mental health by giving specific strategies each week using social media. Pushing the positive emotions in each of us more throughout our day. I hope I am doing this for YOU!

Mindful Monday- Start your day breathing in and out. You will be more focused …you will be more energized….you will have a stronger emotional regulation…..you will start your day with a healthier mindset…just a few minutes every morning.

This mindful teacher at the age of 6 gets it… she is helping others to feel better.

As another day goes by I remember the good things that happen. This memory of peace and relaxation with friends brought me joy. Build joy by creating memories that are positive each day. Keep it simple and you will have more positive experiences which builds the neuroplasticity in your brain to strengthen and boost your mental health.
