Three years ago we were in Chicago ‘researching’ ... one of the twenty odd hot dog joints we ate at was the four seasons hotel, washed down with some fancy ass cocktails. And that’s when Twelves & Eights was born!

Syrah wine & cheesy beefy salty dawgs are a match made in heaven! With notes of dark fruits and spicy smoky goodness, it’s a dream pairing for our juicy aged beef sausage and scandalously cheesy sauce!

Our beef dogs are made with 100% dry aged high welfare beef brisket, some spices and a bit of ice to keep them super chilled whilst we blend them

Hank and Cerberus side by side. Both sausages made by hand, by us and served up Chicago style in super pillowy poppy seed buns

The super cool team at cellars had everyone at over for a wine pairing and photoshoot! Wine and hotdogs - who’d have thunk?

H•A•N•K is the dog that started it all - our brisket beef frank, with all the delicious chicago toppings served on a perfectly soft and pillowy BUN baked for us from our friends at 🌭🌭🌭
