Good evening everyone ,
This is Preet .
I am a yoga teacher and instructor.
I am the fitness and wellness professional coach who lead group yoga classes . I help people how to perform the various stretching poses, practice meditation and promote mindfulness in addition to overall wellbeing.
I have experience in many different disciplines of yoga.I teach classes in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga , vinyasa , general yoga, core yoga , yoga related to fat loss , self awareness, breathing awareness, meditation, therapeutic classes ( related to pcod, thyroids, diabetes, vertigo , hormonal imbalances , anxiety, depression, and backaches , postural issues are also part of my teaching )

Yoga prop is a supportive object used in performing an asana. Using a yoga prop is a great way to practice poses that a beginner may find difficult to perform or for those with less flexibility and/or balance. A yoga prop also helps one remain in a pose for a longer length of time.
